I did these up during the AHPC XVI. The purple tripod in the rear is meant to represent a scientist or Royal tripod. The model is not an official model, it is something I picked up at an estate sale along with some other AQMF stuff. The assault tripod on the right is done up as my version of a red Martian tripod. The last tripod is the last of the grenadiers tripods that I have bringing me up to three in total.

I had fun with this Assault tripod. I used GW Blood for the blood god technical paint for the red streaks with a red paint on top. I used some dollar store beads and 'diamonds' as add on detail. The diamond is meant to represent the dazzle device. Attached to the right side of the carapace is another add on weapon the siren of terror. This was made from a resin scenery bit that I had laying around.
Sourcing the skeletons was a challenge. I had found an ideal model but it was never in stock an seemed to be discontinued. Eventually I located some naked shield and sword armed skeletons that with some careful cutting and gentle bending became trophies.
As for the last tripod, the grenadier, nothing special here, it was the last of three models that I own, part of the aforementioned estate sale.. The biggest challenge was to remember what paint colour and technique I had used for the other two grenadier models.
