Somehow missed posting these up on the main page artillery and big robots.

 

So, a couple of years back I painted up these figures for the Analogue Painting Challenge. While I posted them up for that event I somehow failed to add them to the main page of this blog. I did add them to the Prussian page, but who visits those pages?😉 I only realized this now because I have recently started to work on some more VSF stuff, specifically some flyers. The odd thing is that I did post up images of other figures that were painted around the same time.

So it was high time I rectified this omission.  Up first an artillery piece for my dismounted hussar unit. I have pics of the Hussar unit that I will post, once I find them. These are Hinterland figures (now owned by someone else) As usual the tough part was deciding what colour to paint them. In retrospect the gun and their uniforms are kind of close to each other although in person there is more of a difference. They are Prussian troops in Martian service.

Up next are a couple of support robots for the same units. These too are Hinterland figures. I mimicked the painting done on the old Hinterland web page, so nothing original and not really similar to other Prusian units, but what the hey.
